Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rate of Pay: £25.50 – £26.50 per hour

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse working within a specialist Drug & Alcohol Team. You’ll support individuals in recovery by offering expert assessment, care coordination, and therapeutic interventions. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations
Developing and reviewing individual care plans in collaboration with service users
Supporting substitute prescribing and recovery-focused interventions
Working closely with recovery workers and multi-agency teams
Participating in safeguarding procedures and clinical reviews
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with service requirements
Current and valid NMC registration and PIN
Experience working in drug & alcohol/substance misuse services
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to delivering high-quality care
Possibility for some hybrid working
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The contract is 3 months ongoing with a strong potential for extension depending on service needs.
