Are you an experienced CPN looking for your next coastal placement?
Hunter Mental Health are supporting a community mental health service in Ramsgate, Kent, seeking a Band 6 CPN for a 3-month locum contract.

• Job Title: Band 6 CPN

• Location: Ramsgate, Kent

• Duration: 3 months (likely extension)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

• Start Date: ASAP

• Rate: £27.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a CPN, you will:

• Manage a caseload within the community mental health team

• Conduct initial assessments and reviews

• Create and review person-centred care plans

• Liaise with families, MDT professionals, and external agencies

• Administer medication and complete risk assessments

• Support safeguarding processes and contribute to MDT discussions

Requirements:

• NMC-registered RMN

• Previous experience as a CPN or in a community mental health setting

• Strong assessment and risk management skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)

Working Hours & Contract:

• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• 3-month initial contract with possible extension
