Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Location: Glasgow
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £27 per hour

Join our team as an RMN and play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Administering medications and monitoring patient progress.
Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies.
Liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with clinical guidelines.
Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Attending team meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid NMC registration (RMN).
Previous experience in mental health settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The contract is ongoing, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and service needs.
