We’re working with KMPT to support their Dartford Community Mental Health Team – they’re looking for a skilled and reliable Band 6 CPN to join them on a full-time basis.

• Role: Band 6 CPN – Community Mental Health Team

• Location: Dartford, Kent

• Duration: 3-month contract (likely extension)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

• Start: ASAP

• Rate: £27.00 per hour (umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be joining a supportive CMHT where you’ll manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting mental health assessments and risk assessments

• Developing and reviewing care plans

• Coordinating with MDTs, families and external agencies

• Contributing to safeguarding discussions and CPA reviews

• Supporting clients in the community to maintain recovery and prevent hospital admission

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

• Recent community experience as a Band 6 CPN

• Confident working independently and managing a caseload

• Car driver with access to vehicle preferred

Working Hours & Contract:

• Monday to Friday, full-time (37.5 hours)

• Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
