We’re currently recruiting for a locum opportunity within a highly specialist neurorehabilitation service in Essex, offering flexibility, strong MDT support, and an immediate start.

Contract Type: Locum – maternity cover
Schedule: 1 day per week

You’ll join a small, well-established team in a 22-bed neurological rehab service (currently 12 patients), supporting men and women aged 18+ who are recovering from Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), or other neurological conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Neuropsychological assessment and formulation
✔ Supporting cognitive rehabilitation and behaviour planning
✔ Providing psychological input into MDT reviews and care plans
✔ Collaborating with a full MDT including physios, nurses, OTs, SLTs, and medics
✔ Supporting patients through early and post-acute neurorehabilitation
✔ HCPC-registered Clinical or Neuro Psychologist
✔ Experience working in neurorehabilitation / ABI / spinal conditions
✔ Able to work independently within an MDT framework
✔ Must be available to start ASAP
