A Day in the Life of a Consultant Psychologist:
You’ll be providing expert input to a 17-bed male mental health rehabilitation unit alongside a full MDT including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists. You will oversee psychological care planning, conduct assessments and therapeutic input, supervise one Assistant Psychologist, and contribute to service development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
Extensive post-qualification experience, ideally at Consultant level
Background in mental health rehabilitation or inpatient settings
Strong MDT collaboration and leadership experience
Availability for on-site work with possible hybrid flexibility
