• Location: Private Neuro Hospital (UK)

• Duration: Ad-hoc / ongoing shifts

• Schedule: Weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and bank holidays available

• Rate of Pay:

  • £14.50 per hour (Days)

  • £15.50 per hour (Nights, Weekends & Bank Holidays)

A Day in the Life of a Neuro HCA:

As a Healthcare Assistant within a neuro specialist setting, you will:

• Provide hands-on care and daily living support to patients with complex neurological conditions

• Assist nursing and therapy teams with rehabilitation and recovery programmes

• Monitor, record, and report on patient progress and wellbeing

• Support with personal care, mobility, and patient engagement activities

• Maintain the highest standards of dignity, compassion, and professionalism

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous HCA experience (essential) – neuro, mental health, or hospital settings desirable

• Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt to the needs of patients in a fast-paced clinical environment
