What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Social Worker supporting adults across Bedfordshire. In this role, you will:
• liaise with acute inpatient units, the Crisis Team, Primary Care services, and voluntary/private sector colleagues
• contribute to providing a recovery-focused model of care
• actively support discharge planning from hospital settings
• commission health and social care services as required
• work collaboratively with partners to develop a range of local services that support recovery journeys
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• current and valid Social Work England (SWE) registration
• experience working in adult mental health or social care services
• strong knowledge of recovery-focused practice, safeguarding, and care planning
• ability to work collaboratively across multiple agencies
• excellent communication and organisational skills
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, on an ongoing contract with strong potential for extension.
