  • Rate of Pay: Band 5: £21/ph for Days, £26/ph for Saturdays and Nights, £30/ph for Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Band 6: £26/ph for Days, £32/ph for Saturdays and Nights, £37/ph for Sundays and Bank Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and make a real difference across diverse clinical settings, including Liaison, CAMHS, and Acute services. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments across different age groups and clinical environments

  • Develop and implement personalised, recovery-focused care plans

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support service users in crisis and promote long-term stability

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and partner agencies to ensure safe, holistic care

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current and valid NMC registration with RMN pin

  • Proven experience working with Mental Health patients across a variety of settings (e.g., Liaison, CAMHS, Acute)

  • Up-to-date MVA (Managing Violence & Aggression) and ILS (Immediate Life Support) training

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and risk assessment skills

  • The ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A genuine commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This is a flexible, ad hoc locum role with shifts available across days, nights, and weekends, depending on service need. Contracts are ongoing with no fixed end date, giving you full flexibility while ensuring consistent opportunities.
