Hunter Mental Health are partnering with a respected neurodevelopmental service seeking experienced HCPC-registered Psychologists to support growing demand for high-quality ASD and ADHD assessments. This role is fully remote and ideal for clinicians confident in delivering structured, evidence-based diagnostic work.
You will conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments using gold-standard tools, produce clear diagnostic formulations, and contribute to safe and robust clinical pathways. This position suits psychologists with strong experience across autism and ADHD diagnostics, including complex presentations.
Undertake ASD assessments using ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R
Complete ADHD diagnostic assessments using validated tools (e.g., DIVA, structured interviews)
Produce high-quality diagnostic reports with clear recommendations
Manage caseload autonomously while contributing to MDT discussions
Deliver assessments remotely in line with service protocols
Maintain excellent clinical governance, safeguarding and documentation standards
HCPC Registered Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic)
Proven experience in autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments
Skilled in formulation, report writing and risk-informed decision-making
Trauma-informed, person-centred clinical approach
Experience working within structured ND pathways in private or NHS settings
Specialist neurodevelopmental division
