- Role: Band 6 Mental Health Nurse (Prison Services)
- Location: HMP Stoke Heath, Market Drayton
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
- Working Pattern: Full time
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate: £26 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality mental health care to individuals within a prison setting
- Completing mental health assessments, care planning, and risk assessments
- Managing a caseload in line with service requirements
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhering to safeguarding, security, and prison healthcare protocols
Requirements & Qualifications
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Band 6 experience
- Valid prison clearance – essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong assessment, communication, and risk management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a secure environment
Working Hours & Contract Duration
- Full-time role
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 12-week initial contract
