Schedule: Monday–Friday, shift patterns vary depending on location

Contract: Initial 3-month contract

What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for experienced Band 6 RMNs to join our teams across various prison sites within Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals in secure settings.
Conduct assessments, care planning, and ongoing patient management.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare and custodial staff, to support patient wellbeing.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all professional and statutory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with NMC registration.
Previous experience at Band 6 level or equivalent.
Ability to work in secure/prison environments.
Must be prison cleared.
Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and organisational skills.
Working Hours & Contract Duration
Shift patterns vary depending on prison location
Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension
