Are you a Band 6 Primary Care Nurse looking for a rewarding locum role in Rochester? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Primary Care Nurse (Band 6)
• Location: Rochester (Prison Setting)
• Duration: 3-Month Agency Placement (Potential for Extension)
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday
• Shifts Available:
  • 07:30 – 21:00
  • 07:30 – 19:30
  • 07:30 – 17:30
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £28 – £40 per hour (Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Primary Care Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a secure environment. In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality primary care services in a prison setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create personalised care plans
• Manage and support primary care clinics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to prison healthcare protocols

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Security Clearance (essential) for working in a prison setting
• NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse with Band 6 experience
• Proven experience in primary care or running primary care clinics
• Strong communication, organisational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible role requires availability from Monday to Sunday, with various shift options. The contract is 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
