• Job Title: Band 5 Nurse (Acute Ward)
• Location: Morden & Sutton (Easily Accessible by Public Transport)
• Duration: Ongoing Flexible Adhoc Shifts
• Schedule:
  • Early Shift: 07:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Late Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:15 PM
• Start Date: Immediate Start Available
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: £24 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 5 Nurse and play a key role in providing high-quality care in an acute ward setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform patient assessments and implement treatment plans
• Administer medications and provide essential nursing care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and effective patient care environment
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with clinical and organisational policies
• Support and guide healthcare assistants and junior staff as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration (Band 5 Registered Nurse – RN)
• Previous experience in acute ward settings (preferred but not essential)
• An enhanced DBS check and updated immunisations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your schedule. The contract is ongoing, providing a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-demand acute care setting.
