Rate of Pay: £20ph (Days) | £26ph (Nights & Saturdays) | £33.50ph (Sundays & Bank Holidays)

Join our team as a Band 5 RMN in our CAMHS inpatient team and play a key role in providing specialist mental health care to young people. In this role, you will:
Carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with young people, families, and healthcare professionals.
Deliver therapeutic interventions and emotional support.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation where necessary.
Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Support young people through their inpatient stay, promoting recovery and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Current and valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Proven experience in CAMHS or inpatient mental health settings (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A compassionate, empathetic approach with a commitment to improving young people’s mental health.
Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation is advantageous.
This role follows a flexible shift rota, including days, nights, and weekends. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
