Join our team as a Social Worker and play a key role in safeguarding and supporting children in an Eating Disorder Unit. In this role, you will:
✔ Care coordinate and manage a caseload of children with eating disorders
✔ Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans
✔ Deliver evidence-based interventions to support emotional and psychological well-being
✔ Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed to protect vulnerable children
✔ Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
✔ Maintain accurate and timely patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A valid Social Work England registration
✔ Experience working with children in mental health or eating disorder settings
✔ Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This full-time locum role requires availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
