What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with mental health conditions and delivering expert care across the community. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing and implementing personalised care plans, and administering medication while monitoring treatment effectiveness. You will provide therapeutic support to patients and their families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, high-quality care. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to best practices to support effective treatment outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid NMC registration (or relevant governing body registration), along with experience working in the community. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
