• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Rate of Pay: £25.50 – £26.50 per hour

Join our team as a Band 6 CPN and make a real difference in the lives of adults aged 18-65 within an Adult CMHT. Your core responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
• Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
• Staying up to date with the latest best practices in mental health care.
• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
• Experience working with adults aged 18-65 in a CMHT setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.
• Car driver needed.
This role offers a flexible working position with part-remote availability. The contract is for 3 months ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
