Band 4 Nursing Associate Opportunity – South West London Area – £20.00PH to £21.00PH
Hunter Mental Health are supporting a South West London Mental Health NHS Trust with a Band 4 Nursing Associate role.
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Associate to join a supportive team delivering personalised, compassionate care to patients in a mental health setting.
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care under the direction of registered nurses
Supporting patients in improving mental, physical and behavioural wellbeing
Encouraging recovery-based approaches, promoting independence and healthy lifestyles
Participating in psychosocial activities and contributing to care planning
Monitoring health conditions, escalating concerns and maintaining patient safety
Communicating effectively with patients, families and the wider MDT
Upholding Trust values and safeguarding protocols
Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate Studies
Previous experience in mental health or relevant clinical care settings preferred
Strong communication skills, resilience, and a values-led approach to patient care
Willingness to support student nurses and contribute to reflective practice and service improvement
Monday to Friday, Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
Start date: ASAP – 4 weeks notice considered
Contract duration: 3-6 months ongoing
Rate: £20.00PH to £21.00PH
Location: South West London area
