An opportunity has arisen to join a supportive Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Birmingham on an initial 3-month contract.
Role: Band 6 CPN – Adult CMHT
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 3 months initially
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Rate: £25–£26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs
Completing assessments, care planning, and risk management
Providing recovery-focused interventions in the community
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and external agencies
Supporting crisis prevention and early intervention strategies
Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)
Previous experience working in a CMHT or similar community role
Confident working autonomously and managing a varied caseload
Up-to-date compliance (DBS, mandatory training, references)
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
3-month contract with potential for extension
