Hunter Mental Health are currently working with a supportive Community Mental Health Team based in Folkestone who are looking for a Band 6 CPN to join their service.
Role: Band 6 CPN – CMHT
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Duration: 3-month contract (likely to extend)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £27.00 p/h

Holding a caseload of adults with severe and enduring mental health needs
Carrying out assessments, reviews, and care planning in the community
Liaising with families, carers, and other agencies
Supporting risk management and recovery-focused interventions
Working closely within a multi-disciplinary team
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
Experience working in a community mental health setting
Comfortable working autonomously and managing a caseload
Car driver preferred
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
3-month initial contract with potential to extend
