CPN – Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIS) Team – Gillingham, Kent
3-month contract (likely to extend)
Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
£27.00 per hour (via umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a supportive, multidisciplinary Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIS) team dedicated to providing evidence-based interventions to individuals aged 14–65 experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Your role will include:

  • Managing a caseload of service users in the community

  • Conducting assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning

  • Offering therapeutic interventions to support recovery and reduce relapse

  • Working closely with families, carers, and wider services to ensure a holistic approach

  • Attending and contributing to MDT meetings


Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

  • Prior experience in community mental health and/or EIS services

  • Excellent risk assessment and care coordination skills

  • A car driver is essential for this role


Working Hours & Contract:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

  • 3-month contract with strong potential for extension

  • Start date: ASAP
