What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a CPN in an Early Intervention team and play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis. In this role, you will:

• Manage a caseload of service users, providing ongoing care and support
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual care needs
• Develop and implement tailored care plans to promote recovery
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Experience working as a CPN, preferably in Early Intervention services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible role requires availability Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
