Are you an experienced Nurse or Social Worker with Continuing Healthcare (CHC) experience? We have an excellent onsite locum opportunity in Essex paying £280 per day.

• Role: CHC Assessor (Band 6/7 Nurse or Social Worker)
• Location: Essex (onsite)
• Rate: £280 per day
• Contract: Ongoing
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time, onsite
What you’ll do:
• Undertake full CHC assessments in line with national framework
• Complete DSTs, checklists and robust documentation
• Liaise with patients, families, and MDTs to deliver high-quality assessments
• Ensure compliance with CHC policy and safeguarding standards
What you’ll need:
• Registration as a Nurse (RGN/RMN) or Social Worker
• Strong CHC assessment and DST experience
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Essex
