• Role: Children’s CHC Assessor (Band 6/7 Nurse or Social Worker)
• Location: Birmingham (onsite)
• Rate: £280 per day
• Contract: Ongoing
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time, onsite
What you’ll do:
• Undertake Children’s CHC assessments in line with national framework
• Complete DSTs, checklists and detailed documentation
• Work closely with families, schools, and MDTs to deliver high-quality assessments
• Ensure compliance with Children’s CHC policy and safeguarding standards
What you’ll need:
• Registration as a Nurse (RGN/RMN/RSCN) or Social Worker
• Proven experience in Children’s CHC assessments
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work onsite in Birmingham
