We’re looking for an experienced Band 7 or Band 8A Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to join our CAMHS Inpatient Mental Health Service, providing face-to-face support to young people and their families as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
You will deliver specialist systemic assessments and interventions, participate in ward rounds, MDT meetings, CPAs, and care planning, provide consultation, supervision, and reflective practice, and support staff wellbeing and training across the service. This is a key role in maintaining high-quality, evidence-based care within an inpatient CAMHS setting.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist
Experience in CAMHS, ideally in an inpatient environment
Strong MDT working and ability to contribute to complex clinical discussions
Ability to provide systemic interventions, consultation, and supervision
HCPC or equivalent professional registration (where applicable)
Details:
Band: 7
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Contract: Ongoing, ASAP start
Working Arrangement: Face-to-face in clinic
Rate: £31 – £36 per hour
