Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Initial 3-month contract
Rate: £30–£31 per hour (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
We’re seeking an experienced Band 7 Social Worker to join our team in High Wycombe. In this role, you will:
Provide high-quality social work support to clients in a community setting.
Undertake assessments, care planning, and case management.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to all safeguarding and statutory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration.
Experience working at Band 7 level or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Working Hours & Contract Duration
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension
