Join our team as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) and play a key role in improving the lives of children and young people with Autism and ADHD. In this role, you will:
✔ Triage and screen neurodevelopmental referrals to ensure timely and appropriate care ✔ Liaise with schools and other professionals to coordinate effective support plans ✔ Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised care strategies ✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care ✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current and valid NMC registration and pin ✔ Experience working with children and young people with Autism and ADHD ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team ✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
