A Day in the Life of a Senior CAMHS Practitioner:

Join our dedicated CAMHS team and make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
• Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
• Staying up to date with the latest best practices in mental health care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN (for CPNs) or Social Work England registration.
• Experience working with children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
