Join our CAMHS team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, supporting young people experiencing mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Conducting mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning.
✔ Providing therapeutic interventions and crisis support to children, young people, and families.
✔ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and external agencies.
✔ Supporting crisis management, safeguarding, and relapse prevention strategies.
✔ Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to service development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
✔ Experience working in CAMHS or a similar mental health setting.
✔ Strong assessment and risk management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
