Join our CAMHS team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, supporting children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Conducting mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
✔ Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
✔ Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with young people and their families.
✔ Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and external agencies.
✔ Managing safeguarding concerns and promoting relapse prevention strategies.
✔ Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
✔ Experience working in CAMHS or a similar mental health setting.
✔ Strong assessment and risk management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
