Job Title: Band 6 RMN / Social Worker / Occupational Therapist
Location: CAMHS CEDS (Somerset – countywide, base negotiable)
Duration: Until a permanent position is recruited
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Full-time)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 Mental Health Professional within the CAMHS Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS). In this role, you will:

• Work with young people and families, providing assessment and treatment for eating disorders
• Deliver key interventions and support families in managing eating disorders
• Assess young people’s needs and develop appropriate treatment pathways
• Provide risk management interventions for both physical and mental health concerns
• Work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Utilise your expertise to offer high-quality mental health support

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in eating disorders (essential)
• Knowledge, experience, and skills from previous Eating Disorder or Community Mental Health settings
• Experience working with young people or adults with eating disorders
• Strong risk management skills in relation to physical and mental health
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• A professional qualification as an RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist
