What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Services Manager and play a key role in improving the lives of children with autism and associated neurodevelopmental conditions. In this role, you will:

  • Provide operational leadership across the Autism Service

  • Support and supervise multi-disciplinary teams and Family Support staff

  • Lead on safeguarding, infection control, and complaints management

  • Oversee service performance and drive clinical and service development

  • Conduct assessments and contribute to Autism diagnostic pathways


Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid HCPC or NMC registration

  • Experience in autism assessment and diagnosis

  • Strong leadership and healthcare management experience

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Knowledge of neurodevelopmental services and service improvement


Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
