Job Title: Clinical Support Worker (Band 3)
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £14.45 per hour

Join our team as a Clinical Support Worker and play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
Monitoring patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
Providing support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Assisting with medication administration under supervision.
Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
MAPA/PMVA training is essential.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
Previous experience in a healthcare support role.
A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
