• Rate of Pay: £34 per hour (umbrella rate)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our Crisis and Home Treatment Team as a Highly Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist and play a key role in supporting adults experiencing mental health crises. In this role, you will:
• Provide direct psychological interventions to service users
• Develop psychological formulations and brief interventions
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, offering consultation and team formulation
• Supervise assistant psychologists
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience working with adult service users with complex mental health needs and risk concerns
• Strong skills in psychological formulation and intervention
• Experience working within an MDT and providing team consultation
• Experience supervising assistant psychologists
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The contract is for 3-6 months ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
