Are you a Band 6 Adults CMHT looking for a rewarding locum role in Worcestershire? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: CPN – Adults CMHT (Band 6)
• Location: Worcestershire
• Duration: 3 months ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as an Adults CMHT CPN and play a vital role in supporting adults with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for adults in the community.
✅ Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
✅ Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support mental well-being and recovery.
✅ Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
✅ Liaising with families, social workers, GPs, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
✅ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
✅ Supporting patients in managing their conditions, promoting independence and quality of life.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

✔ A current and valid NMC registration (or relevant professional body registration).
✔ Previous experience in Community Mental Health or working with adults in mental health settings.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The contract is for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
