• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Full-time, face-to-face)

Join our team as a Band 6 RMN within the Bridgwater Community Mental Health Service (CMHS). In this role, you will:
• Hold a caseload of patients with mental health difficulties independently
• Manage risk, provide brief interventions, and monitor patients’ mental states
• Participate in key tasks such as duty, assessments, and clinics (if an RMN)
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Receive training, supervision, and line management support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Band 6 RMN or Social Worker qualification with mental health experience
• Experience working in an adult community mental health service
• Ability to work independently, managing a caseload and associated risks
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Motivated, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
• Face-to-face working required, though remote work may be considered for the right candidate
