Are you a Band 5 Community Nurse looking for a rewarding locum role in Plymouth? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• End Date: 30/05/2025
• Rate of Pay: £22.00 – £27.00 per hour (Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a community setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Provide injections, wound care, and end-of-life care (including syringe drivers)
• Conduct leg ulcer assessments using Doppler machines
• Carry out bladder and bowel assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Previous community nursing experience
• Skills in injections, wound care, end-of-life care, leg ulcer assessments, and bladder/bowel assessments
• A valid UK driving license and access to your own car
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts. The contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
