Join our CAMHS Liaison Team as a Band 6 CPN, supporting children and young people in crisis. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Conducting mental health assessments in acute and community settings.
✔ Providing crisis intervention and risk management strategies.
✔ Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers.
✔ Developing and implementing care plans tailored to young people’s needs.
✔ Safeguarding and ensuring the safety of vulnerable individuals.
✔ Supporting transitions between services and signposting to relevant support networks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
✔ Experience working within CAMHS or crisis mental health services.
✔ Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
✔ A valid full UK driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
