We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join a dedicated team in Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the community, providing high-quality care to those in need.

As a CPN, you will work with a diverse caseload, providing tailored assessments and treatment for individuals with mental health needs. You will collaborate closely with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Your duties will include:
Developing and delivering person-centred care plans.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and reviews.
Providing ongoing support to individuals in the community.
Offering guidance and education to service users and their families.
Ensuring risk assessments and management plans are regularly updated.
To be considered for this role, you should have the following:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
Previous experience working as a CPN in a community setting.
Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
This is a full-time role with hours from Monday to Friday. The position is an ongoing contract with the potential for extension depending on service needs.
