Band 6 CPN – Ashford (Kent)
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Ongoing contract
No remote working – must reliably commute to Ashford
£27.00 per hour

Triage and screen referrals, with support from a senior clinician
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments for adults aged 18–70
Respond to safeguarding and clinical risk concerns identified during assessment
Occasionally support or attend home visits (rare but required)
Maintain high standards of clinical record keeping using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Work with individuals presenting with a range of mental health conditions, from mild-moderate anxiety to complex trauma and enduring psychosis
Access to KMPT RIO and eMEDS, and familiarity with In-Phase
Strong clinical risk assessment skills (quality assessed during interview)
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Word)
Up-to-date training in personal safety, breakaway, safeguarding and Data Protection
Experience conducting assessments in a community setting
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
No home working – must attend onsite in Ashford
