Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Location: Dartford, Kent
Duration: 3-month contract (likely extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £27 per hour (via umbrella)

You’ll be working as part of a supportive Community Mental Health Team, carrying a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs. The role will include:
Comprehensive mental health assessments and care planning
Risk assessments and reviews
Coordinating with MDTs, GPs, social services, and other agencies
Providing recovery-focused interventions in a community setting
Home visits and remote support where appropriate
Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC pin required)
Prior community experience as a CPN or in a similar role
Driver with access to a vehicle for community visits
Strong communication, risk management, and caseload coordination skills
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)
3-month initial contract, with likely extension
Office and community-based work
