Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Location: Dartford, Kent
Duration: 3-month initial contract (with likely extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Band: Band 6
Rate: £27 per hour

Carrying a caseload of service users in the community
Conducting risk assessments, care planning, and MDT liaison
Delivering recovery-focused interventions and monitoring mental health status
Ensuring effective crisis management and safeguarding
Supporting holistic treatment planning in collaboration with the wider team
Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC Pin Required)
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CPN
Experience with community mental health frameworks and care coordination
Comfortable working autonomously and managing a caseload
Car driver with access to own vehicle preferred (mileage reimbursed)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
