Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Location: Dover, Kent
Duration: 3-month contract (with likely extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £27 per hour (via umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be joining a well-established Community Mental Health Team supporting adults with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload and delivering recovery-focused interventions

• Conducting risk assessments, reviews, and care planning

• Coordinating with MDTs, GPs, and other agencies

• Providing support in both clinic and community settings

• Visiting service users in their own homes

Requirements:

• NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

• Experience working as a CPN or within a community mental health setting

• Driver with access to a vehicle

• Confident working autonomously while being part of a supportive MDT

Working Hours & Contract:

• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours/week)

• 3-month contract initially with strong potential to extend

• Office and community-based role
