We’re working with a supportive team in Gillingham who are looking for a skilled Band 6 clinician to support their Mental Health Together CMHT service.


Band 6 CPN – CMHT, Gillingham (Kent)
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
3-month contract (subject to review)
No nights or bank holidays
£27.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Undertake initial meetings using the DIALOG+ assessment tool for service users with complex needs

  • Complete full core and Trusted assessments for service users as required

  • Carry out comprehensive, systematic assessments that take into account mental, physical, psychological, cultural, spiritual, social, and environmental factors

  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, service users and their carers to develop holistic, person-centred care plans

  • Deliver and evaluate safe, recovery-focused care in partnership with service users and carers

  • Offer support to families/carers in distressing circumstances

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records


Requirements:

  • RIO system experience essential

  • DIALOG+ experience required

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist, or CQSW

  • Current professional registration

  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience

  • Experience working in a community mental health team

  • Confident in assessing mental, physical, psychological, and social care needs

  • Ability to travel for community-based assessments


Working Hours & Contract:

  • Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

  • No nights or bank holidays

  • Initial 3-month contract (subject to review)
