Duration: Initial 3 months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Rate of Pay: £27.00 per hour

You’ll be working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse within a dynamic Community Mental Health Team in Maidstone. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs
Conducting mental health assessments, risk assessments, and care plans
Delivering recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination
Maintaining accurate documentation and reports using NHS systems
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid NMC registration (Mental Health)
Proven experience in a community mental health setting
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence in lone working and clinical decision-making
A car and full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, for an initial 3-month contract, with high potential for extension based on service requirements.
