Position: Band 6 CPN – Maidstone MHT+
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Contract Duration: Ongoing
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rate: £27 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as a Practice Assessor, providing guidance and support to others.
Adhering to NMC registration and revalidation requirements.
Ensuring compliance with KMPT’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Supporting and behaving in a manner that upholds KMPT Trust values.
Assessing, acting on, and reporting any safeguarding concerns.
Promoting self-care and optimising health and wellbeing by helping service users make choices about their needs and involving their carers where appropriate.
Administering medications and monitoring their effects where required.
Carrying out specific duties related to community care depot and clozapine clinics.
Requirements & Qualifications:
You must be a registered CPN with NMC registration.
Demonstrable experience in a mental health setting, particularly within Older Adult Pathways.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Ability to reliably commute to Albion Place, Maidstone – NO HOME WORKING.
Strong understanding of safeguarding protocols and best practices.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Ongoing contract with the potential for extension.
