Join the Community Mental Health Team in Tunbridge Wells and provide vital care to adults with complex mental health needs. In this role, you will:
Carry a defined caseload and provide care coordination under the CPA framework
Conduct assessments, risk management, and care planning
Deliver evidence-based interventions and reviews in the community
Work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using local systems
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Valid NMC registration (Mental Health)
Previous experience working as a CPN in a community setting
Confidence in autonomous working and caseload management
Full UK driving licence (desirable, not essential)
This is a full-time locum role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
