• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with a range of mental health conditions. In this role, you will:
• perform comprehensive patient assessments and risk evaluations
• create and implement personalised, client-centred care plans
• deliver evidence-based face-to-face treatments in the community
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• carry out a duty role on a rota, providing support to clients with urgent needs
• maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with best practice
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• a current and valid NMC registration and pin
• experience working with adults with mental health diagnoses in a community setting
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• availability for patient-facing work only (remote working is not permitted)
This role offers a full-time, face-to-face position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
