Join our team as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk management.
✔ Providing therapeutic interventions and care planning for service users.
✔ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.
✔ Supporting crisis intervention and relapse prevention strategies.
✔ Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring high standards of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
✔ Experience working in community mental health settings.
✔ Strong assessment and risk management skills.
✔ The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
✔ A valid UK driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
